Bac in the middle of the night?

I'm a little confused on this. Does it make sense to take baclofen when you wake up in the middle of the night? I always wake up at least once to go to the loo, and then I usually take a bac. Is this just a waste? Does it really leave your system in four hours? I have the gut feeling that keeping it in your system is a good thing, but is it really?
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

When I was at my absolute maximum ~200mg I'd take some in the night. I found/felt that on very high doses the peaks and troughs of taking Baclofen and then withdrawal were highly exaggerated. Among other effects this included extreme somnolence in the evening followed by insomnia at some point during the night.

I tailored my schedule to take account of this by taking Baclofen every two or three hours; even at 100mg now I take: 7/8am-12.5mg, 11/12am-12.5mg, 2/3pm-12.5mg, 4/5pm-25mg, 6/7pm-25mg, 10/11pm-12.5mg.
