FDA warns of extortion scam targeting online prescription buyers - latimes.com

Don't know if this link will work...the gist of it is that scammers are finding people who've ordered meds online and claiming to be the FDA and demanding fines. Also are calling people claiming to be the pharmacy, offering a super low price for what you've previously ordered, then after you order, call again pretending to be an federal agent demanding fines.
Seem to be targeting orders coming in from Canada. Don't respond to any of these threats.

I just read something on-line today, that although it is considered illegal to order from Canada in the USA, no one is prosecuting this offense.
