Baclofen Titration Schedule? I can't find it!

- I'm a total lurker, I am just not very good at typing conversations - but I love the support here and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time everyone puts in.

My question is - I've been combing through the posts, but can't find the schedule for Baclofen. I have tried to start Baclofen (actually I have vioridin and will get pacifen next) for a couple months, and finally for the last four days I have successfully taken 5 mg three times a day. Maybe I should explain I am very forgetful..... I really want to titrate slowly because I don't tolerate any drug but white wine very well.

I am planning on buying Dr A's book when I have some spare change. IN the meantime - where did the schedule go?!! Any pointer or link is appreciated.

There are as many titration schedules as there are bac users.

You have to led by how your body feels and the severity of side-effects.

The only general "rule of thumb" is to err on the side of caution if you DO experience severe somnolence.

(15mg) 3 x 5mg daily for 3 days.

(30mg) 3 x 10mg daily for 3 days.

Then add on 10mg daily and stay with that for 3-5 days before progressing.

Depending on how you're reacting and what your schedule is you can choose when you take the largest dose of the day, when it's not an even 5mg or 10mg in 3 doses. I was taking a 20mg dose at night, now I'm going to try it in the afternoon instead as I have been really groggy in the mornings.
