Can u take too much kudzu?

Is anyone trying or has tried kudzu? I had a BIG craving last nite so took 4 instead of 2. Seemed to calm me down a bit, can u overdo kudzu? Would be glad of any opinions!

I too used to take Kudzu and im sure taking 4 instead of 2 will do you no harm at all, well just the once it is only a herb afterall Best of luck and :welcome:

I even think the dose is 2-4, isn't it? Anyway, you may get some side effects from higher doses, but I doubt it is dangerous.

btw, plenty of herbs ARE in fact dangerous, and some that are not dangerous become dangerous when combined with medications, or even other herbs. Always do a thorough check first.

Foe extensive, extensive, way more information than you need on Kudzu and all the experiences other members have to share -- go to the Holistic Healing Forum and do a search on kudzu. I doubt you will have any questions after that!
