Can't sleep HRELP

I took the Nal for 2 days and last night I did not take it nor did I have any AL, first time in 3-4 months that I have not had wine but I could not sleep, went to sleep for an hour and was awake the whole night. Grrr! Do you know if you can take sleep aides with the Nal? I wanted to wait to take the Nal again unti lthe weekend since it threw me for such a loop on Tues. night. I think if I try real hard I can make it without wine tonight knowing I can get a goodnights sleep.

Hi there,

One word......Melatonin. Its natural and you can get it at most health stores. It sure works for me. Then there is always a warm bath or the sleepy teas you can try too.
