reborn since 16. Jan 2010 : Alcohol Free (AF) - only taking Baclofen
since 22. May 2010 : Baclofen against anxiety/fear
since 14. Mar 2011 : off Baclofen - taking 25mg Topamax/day

On starting Nal I had a huge drop in my drinking, as I had this "i will puke" feeling.
I started off with 25mg - and upped soon after to 50mg.
The effect wore off sadly, and my units spiked up again :eeks:

Naltrexone Side Effects Anyone Else?
I just started taking this week and I agree, the side effects are nothing compared to hang overs, blackouts and the fact that booze has just about ruined my life!!! I am so thankful that I have found something that can finally help me. I recommend just hanging in there and letting it pass, drink lots of water!!!Comment
