I'm in the UK too. I've ordered Nal from River and Alldaychemist, and been very happy with the service from both. Alldaychemist is cheaper.

I also saw a private doctor in London who prescribed Nal under TSM. If you don't mind it on your medical records (and with both Nal and Bac you should carry info on you that you are taking it, especially with Nal in an emergency setting this would be crucial), then in the long-term this doesn't work out much more expensive than ordering it in.

My Bac I got from Inhouse, as I was recommended the quality of its products by a doctor. Apparently, not all Baclofen generics are created equally. If you're going to order from there I think they do free shipping, and if so you're better off getting sent lots of small packages rather than one large shipment. I ordered 400 tablets and was hit with a Customs charge and thus a Royal Mail special delivery charge of ?17.65 on an order of just ?55! I think 100 tablets are only ?17 from Inhouse, which is under the customs limit of ?18.
