no I haven't but I have heard that it helps your skin look younger. Supposedly it helps make u beautiful. See Dr. Nick Perriconne . Do not know if it helps with cravings. -

yeah strangely enough i am pretty positive it does. i felt as if i was taking maybe 70mg of baclofen. (i had to stop due to the side effects) its strange. i looked up dmae and one of the effects were helping with hangovers. it does something in the brain with acytelhadine and choline. like i said i read nothing on that effecting alcohol but i could swear by it. i could go home and have a glass or two of wine and with jst a little willpower not drink more. normally the willpower did nothing and i had to finish the bottle. but i mean id have to take it longer to start blabbig about it here. just interesting. ( yes im taking it for skin) lolComment
