Last night was a good night! I was battling urges for a bit....went to draw a bath, grabbed a beer--I always had a beer (or 3) in the bath, and the beer just sat there......I did NOT open it, and after the bath.....the beer went back into the fridge! I didn't have any......

Wow - impressive. Not sure I'm capable of that right now. I don't have any in the house. I do have some non-alcoholic beers here in case I feel I must go through the 'activity' of opening one, but so far haven't done that either. I think I feel better knowing those bottles are there if I need them though. With me it's such a mind game . . . Congrats to you on your achievement!Comment
