when i first started with Nal i had a big instant drop. Nal caused me at the beginning some nausea. but after some time that was gone and that was the time my units went up again.

i think TSM is working for a good amount of people. I strongly believe that TSM has cured my opioid receptor addiction, majority of my alcohol addiction is within the GABA system, as to why Baclofen helped me to get the rest of my addiction under control.

stick with TSM at least 6 months!
since 23. Apr 2009 : TSM - failed to reduce units
since 08. Jan 2010 : Naltrexone + Baclofen combination therapy
reborn since 16. Jan 2010 : Alcohol Free (AF) - only taking Baclofen
    since 22. May 2010 : Baclofen against anxiety/fear
    since 14. Mar 2011 : off Baclofen - taking 25mg Topamax/day

Thanks craving! I'm pretty happy with my progress following the Sinclair Method so far, and I fully intend to stick with it. Am I right in thinking that the reason you haven't been taking naltrexone recently is because you haven't been drinking and that if the urge did strike you you'd once again take naltrexone an hour before?
