help! just ordered Baclofen online and i have no idea.

Hello, I just got my baclofen online and because a doctor didn't prescribe it to me I have no idea how much to take or when to to take it. I am 30 yrs old, weigh 175 lbs, and am 5'4. Do i increase my dosage after a week? I just have no idea and really appcreciate any advice.

There's tons of information in this section of the forum. Read, read, read and then read some more. . . and maybe buy Dr. Ameison's book, "The End of My Addiction," or the later edition called "Heal Thyself" or something like that.

Most doses begin at 5mg x 3times per day for 3 days. After that 10mg x 3times per day for 3-5 days.
You can probably expect that when you get to the 10mg doses that you will be a little tired. The main thing is to increase little by little and only increase doses after a few days to see what the side effects are. I dont think many have noticable side affects until the higher doses. I am only at 60mg per day right now after 4 weeks ( 20mg-20mg-20mg) and I have had any bad side effects.

The answers to questions you didn't even know you had about baclofen are all right here. Just read beyond page 1 on the meds thread. And then read some more. MWO has its shortcomings i.t.o. ease of accessibility to information, but you won't find a more supportive environment!
