    31 Days For Me!!

    Hi,
    Just want to toot my own horn - 31 days AF I dont think I have gone that many days without AL since I began drinking - 20 years ago, and certainly no where even close to that in recent years.
    It can be done guys, dont give up.

          Congratulations! It's been 30 days today for me. (I thought I might be 31 days too, but counting them up that short February did me in!).
          What dosage did you hit the switch Hoping? Are you tirating down now? I was at 130 mg and am holding steady at 80 mg. All baclofen side-effects are gone. And so are the cravings.

              Keep up the good work - a lot of GOOD things ahead!!
              since 23. Apr 2009 : TSM - failed to reduce units
              since 08. Jan 2010 : Naltrexone + Baclofen combination therapy
              reborn since 16. Jan 2010 : Alcohol Free (AF) - only taking Baclofen
              since 22. May 2010 : Baclofen against anxiety/fear
              since 14. Mar 2011 : off Baclofen - taking 25mg Topamax/day
