Hi Bill P - can you help. I would like to titrate up fast like you have advised, however, I am a little unsure what you mean with your schedule of start on 10 for 3 days, then 20, 40 80 and 100.

Can you requote stating what mg tablets and how many times per day and when to take them to get to 100 as quickly as possible.

Just to keep you updated, I'm now at 50mg/day (Pacifen) with no effect whatsoever (positive or negative)...

I just ordered another batch, but again I'm not suprised: I'm pretty sure that due to my strong alcoholism (15+ drinks every single day) for many years and my large body mass - 6'5" (1.95 m) tall and 220 lb (100 kg) I'm going to have to go very high to feel any effect. In my case it's very tempting to raise faster than 10 mg of Bac every 3 days but so far I'm afraid to do so.
