Dear Dr. Ameisen,
I appreciate your desire not to post because your time is better spent getting the word out more broadly.

However, you are also a patient, and the one patient who has been on baclofen the longest, so you remain the pioneer specimen, the forerunner of the rest. As such, I am curious about your course of dosing after stabilizing at a maintenance dose of 120 mg/day and alcohol free. I understand from interviews that you might be now down to 30 mg/day. Can you tell us the epilogue to your book in terms of whether you had any longer-term side effects crop up? And more about your motivation and experience of lowering the dosage? Did you do any further challenge drinking beyond what you wrote about in your book?
