I e-mailed him exactly 14 days ago but, as yet, no reply. Following on from others' suggestions, I am considering 'phoning him. But I'm unclear about his charges and I certainly cannot afford $150 per call. I'm also six hours ahead of Dr Levin so that gives me a major problem - that's another reason why I was relying on e-mail.

So basically you phone him, he charges you for a consult and will provide a prescription for Bac? Is that how it works?
