I don't have a dog in this fight, but Max has four posts on this site, all of which raise questions about bac and aging, and none of which are backed up with any evidence. Although some of you take umbrage with the harshness of Henrietta's response, she is absolutely correct. So, while Max has every right to post as he wishes, so does Henrietta...and she makes a heck of a lot more sense than he does. I'll pay more attention to Max when he has actually study statistics to back up what he's saying, not pics and concerns about the quality of Ameisen's voice. To me, it absolutely sounds like Max is trying to turn people away from bac.

Ouch.
I was just reading his post on this thread.
Trying to obfscutate Baclofen's help with this aging thing is not okay. I would rather be saggy than drunk.
Any day.

I'm just a baclofen user that has become a bit concerned about long-term usage consequences, as I think I see some on myself (but it may be biased).
Hence the topic I launched for a DEBATE and to gain some opinions.
I would be the first to be very disappointed if major health concerns were raised about bac.
I understand very well the passionate reactions caused by such a questionning, when lives here have been saved by this drug.
BTW I have no idea why someone would try to put people away from baclofen? Exept maybe the alcohol industry lobbyists? lol

Max, after first reading your post I had a knee jerk reaction like why are you here? but it made me go to google and do a lot more researching on the hazards of BAC, so for that I thank you. My mind now is more at ease since you posted and I found no foundation on the internet to what you posted.
I wish you only the best on your journey and hoping you get there with very few bumps in your road.
Good luck

Baclofen accelerating ageing
I have noticed ageing in my face since about the age of 30. I was also still ageing when i stopped drinking alcohol. I have since switched from apple juice to pinapple juice. This seems to have slowed the ageing process somewhat. In fact, combined with some other fresh fruit and veg, some exercise, a positive mind set, and gratitude thinking as opposed to deprivation thinking, i'm looking even younger.
Best wishes all.
