My package was shipped within two or three hours of the time I ordered it and it showed up on my doorstep in 7 days. From Vanuatu in the South Pacific I believe it went to Australia, New York and then to my house in California.
A bit more expensive than All Day Chemist but worth it if you're in a jam, IMO.
The FedEx courier option for $40 is not available to US customers because FedEx will not ship medicines to the US. The USPS Registered Mail service they offer makes it unnecessary though.
