    The Switch

It's been 11 days since I had a drink or a cigarette. I was an over a pack a day smoker for a long long time. I don't think I hit the switch yet but not drinking or smoking is not hard at all for me not to do. My husband has not had a drink as well for at least 9 days and he says he doesn't even think about it.

          Hi Corkit,

I am really happy to hear how things are going with yourself and your husband on Baclofen, it does appear to be an amazing med, even if se's are a hindrance.
You will get there I am sure! wish I could stop smoking.....................maybe bac is what I need!
          Best wishes
