Off to the races - my Lirosol 10mg finally came in, not minute too soon. Day 10 AF and a new wave of craving. Going into a long weekend, perfect timing. Starting at 10mgx3 given my weight and historic tolerance to these types of pharms. Will let you know how it goes.

Congrats on the 10 days AF! Good luck to you on the BAC. I'm 3 days AF after being on NAL for about 2 weeks, and now I've just started BAC. I am on the same dosage as you are and have had no SEs whatsoever. Slept like a baby last night because I took the 20 mg. before bed. I started on the BAC too because my cravings were really intense yesterday. Truly a lifesaver! No cravings today and for me, Saturday morning used to be a WTF-it's-the-weekend-so-I-think-I'll-tie one-on kind a feeling. Not today!

Just want to clarify; are u saying you are AF and have no cravings from 10-20-20? If so that is awesome! I have been AF for 4 months on 20-20-20.

Hey Road,
No, I'm still having some cravings, then again I just started out yesterday! No, my point was that I went through 10 days of white knuckling before the Bac came in... Really hoping that it helps take the edge off of them while I titrate up. I've managed to put a couple of AF weeks together before and I'm hoping to break through the second wave of craving/complacency/circumstance and keep on going with the Bac.
I was able to go to 40mg for my afternoon. Dose today so I have a feeling I'm going to end up a little higher than your dosage...
