Thinking of getting off the bac

    hi hoping for better,
what else have you tried ?, sometimes a combination of different methods helps,
And contrary to what otter says other things do work, As shown by many members here who don't take any meds, me being one of them
you don't have to start drinking again, it wont get you anywhere, post in the main threads & see what support you will get or pm me if you like, no problem. :-)

ACK - a YEAR to get to 120?? That's wonderful your wife has had so much success, Otter, but....here I am at 120 and there is H4B at 200..and no switch. SEs aside, I would gladly live with the woozies if I knew the end were in sight. "Craving" HTS @ 270. Titrating up for the next year or so...?? I just don't know if I want to do that...

I need to call Dr. Levin and get him to hold my hand. I really don't want to give up, but all this is just too much. Then what happens after we HTS? Start to titrate down for how long and then stay on BAC forever? Just like with NAL/TSM, I felt like we are in uncharted territory. Wish there were more active people on here who have had success and were yelling from the rooftops -

Oh, and yes, I am on L-glutamine and it has helped, but still struggling w/ the 5 lbs that are making my clothes tight and won't come off no matter what I do. I know it sounds petty to complain about 5 lbs when drinking is a more serious issue. H4B's post about losing her hair and the idea of gaining 5 more lbs with the next 100 mgs...??

Well, I think all that would drive me to drink!! LOL

Oh I am about to scream. I just love you two so much that I've been trying to gather up the courage to do it.
