No problem, I assumed you knew about it when you said I didn't need to worry. Had a delay today and didn't have to go to work for 2 hours. I love it, a special surprise for the day. Loved the day and the great workout.

I do know a bit about it and took it for a while (which explains my comment as I'm on a cocktail of drugs) but it was a long time ago, and I can't remember it very well.

Hi there - Meggie there are lots of web sites that you can go to to see if meds interact with each other - but as I said to you before, if you Google Tylenol or whatever, and interactions, it shows hundreds!

yes Dizzy - that was an interesting article but whatever they come up with it probably isn't going to help us in our life time - at least not me !! The Nal does seem to be helping me though - I had one drink earlier, at least four hours ago, poured a second and just do not want it - I WANT to have a drink but the thought of one just almost makes me shudder ... weird feeling and such a battle inside my head! Right now I have iced water ....

My mum now has the Noro virus - not sure if that is really bad or not - my brother seems to think it is ...

You are both right about the link I posted, a magic pill would be good AND it could also perhaps take 20+ years. Nal did not work for me but Topa did very easily, so I really believe it differs from person to person.

Thanks Dizzy - I have Googled it and also talked to the hospital - mum is very frail which is the main problem - noro is hard for the very young and very old - anyway I have just booked to go to UK. Just going for a week but I feel I have to touch base with mum. I leave next Wednesday.

Sun, I'm so sorry that I haven't emailed you back. Both hubby and I had a weird cold/Nassau thing and I'm not sure who the biggest baby in the household is. How's your mum and are you still here?

Looked like spring started in the UK this past week, but as always, there is a cold snap as soon as you pack the winter stuff away.

My mum sent me a parcel full of goodies so I feel quite happy today.

I have not been on here in months...the new site was just too much to navigate. But tonight, for some reason, I was able to change my password relatively easy and got on! Shheesh! Have not read back thru any previous posts yet, but will go back and see what's up...

I missed the comradarie, and quite frankly need the support right now. Spring Break is coming to an end and I feel like I have had too much fun...going from bed to sofa, doing a few things, but staying up late drinking and trying to be productive with the next day hangover. Anyway - glad to be back and hope to catch up soon!
