That seems to be a widely held view of him. He seems to bring out strong and mainly negative emotions. I suppose particularly if he has money you paid him and he hasn't returned it. Not sure what to say. He always spoke to me. He frequents a pub just off the High Street at the bottom as you go down and to the right. Can't remember the name but I am sure you could find him and ask him for your money back. I can't figure out why he would not pay it back. Maybe he's broke and has spent it.

In addiction, suppression of symptoms should suppress the disease altogether since addiction is, as he observed, a "symptom-driven disease". Of all "anticraving medications used in animals, only one - baclofen - has the unique property of suppressing the motivation to consume cocaine, heroin, alcohol, nicotine and d-amphetamine"

Why should you figure out why he didn't pay it back? There are several references to his crooked and criminal behaviour here and elsewhere once you start to do a bit of googling. There is even a reference on one of his feedback messages on the website you put together with his help.

      Spent it??

        He should pay it back.

I am not defending him and have no association with him so I am sorry he has let you down. He just happened to offer to write some content for my site, which was better than what I had written myself because, at the time, I knew nothing about baclofen and was only interested in creating a site to get a prescription, so I was grateful of the help. Everyone here who has been here for a while knows Phill. He was banned from this site. Like I said, I had a good experience of him but no one else seems to have had that and he didn't charge us anything so I can't figure it out and it saddens me he has let himself get this reputation.

Otter, he is entitled to use the term "doctor" even if he is not registered with the GMC & no longer practices. All medically qualified people have a dual degree - either MB BS or MB ChB - so are entitled to be addressed as doctor the same as those with a doctorate in philosophy or anything else.

I'm nitpicking here, I know! But the GMC can't take away your academic qualifications even if it removes your license to practice!
