    1. Introduction


    Alcoholism is a devastating disease for which there is still no truly effective drug treatment [7]. For twenty years, based on the idea that the "reduction" of craving could reduce the risk of relapse and thereby improve the prognosis of this disease in the United States alone is responsible for 100,000 deaths per year, a therapeutic model has been proposed [16] and [20].     3. Baclofen
