just wondering if any of those that have reached "the switch" still suffer from insomnia. i,ve read that anxiety, insomnia, addictions all act on the same nueral pathways. please comment even if you haven,t reached the switch.
also, how about some natural remedies for insomnia.
i exercise, eat right, take vitamin c in large doses, take fish oil, and still wake up after 4 hours. insomnia seems to come and go regardless of caffiene intake, stress, massive exercise,etc.
wondreing if bac would help with insomnia?:thanks:
