    Ordering Bac to Ireland

I made an order for baclofen last month that was shipped on the 21st of September with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 days. I assumed working days so figured it would take 2 weeks. But it's really should have arrived by today.

I ordered from GoldPharma who are in the Seychelles so at this point I'm wondering if it's been stopped at customs. If it has will I ever hear anything more about it? GoldPharma don't supply a tracking number so I have no idea where it might be. I've emailed them but they are hardly likely to know either are they as they just send by airmail.

Has anyone else had delayed shipping with them. Or what success have others had getting Bac sent to Ireland, many of the other pharmacies I've looked at don't ship here.

      Ordering Bac to Ireland

Just got an email back from them. They said they did post it from Greece but that they are getting lots of reports of delays which are being caused by the strikes, work-to-rules and demonstrations there. They got back to me really quickly. I feel lots better. I did order a somewhat more expensive back-up from River Pharmacy too, so that can go into storage as a reserve supply. And I'll make sure to give a really long arrival time to all future orders as I don't think the public services disruptions will be over anytime soon.

Hopefully the package arrives with me before the political situation in Ireland devolves similarly.

        HI Ally,
I'm not in Ireland but I ordered from Goldpharma too. My Baclofen arrived in a small Jiffy bag with nothing on it to suggest it contained medication of any kind. Spanish postage stamps, as well as Spanish "Baclofeno" with instructions in Spanish! (I wonder why yours comes from Greece?)

Anyway, there was nothing terribly suspicious about the package so unless you're incredibly unlucky, I don't see why any customs people would want to stop it getting through. It's not like it's crack!

I guess it's because I ordered Vioridon which is a popular Greek brand of baclofen.

            Ordering Bac to Ireland

It arrived this morning which was great timing. My husband has been working straight for the last 5 weeks without a day off (mostly 14-15 hour days too) but is off this weekend. He's going to take his first dose tonight when he goes home and if it makes him very tired he can just stay in bed for the weekend. He's very eager to begin this, he's read OA's book twice in the last month while on the bus to and from work.

Just the thought of the bac alone has drastically reduced his AL intake. He says his drinking was getting worse due to hopelessness and the reports of bac success have given him something to hope for which has curbed his need to drink. Though he doesn't think he could have cut down if he didn't have so much work to throw himself into.

He'll begin in about 10 hours.............

Nice to hear you have got your pills now !
I am living in the London which is not far from Ireland. I am also thinking for ordering Baclofen so would be happy to know some of the information as follows,

                1. How much did you pay for 100 pills ? I have got a pharma who sells 10 mg Baclofen around at ? 17.00 for 100 pills.
                2. I have heard there is custom duty for the order over ? 18.00 ?
                3. Did you think they keep our name in record in custom office ?
                4. What happens if the order is over ? 18.00 ? does the custom office contact us for custom duty or our supplier pay for us ?

                Thank you for your advice.
                Kota:thanks:

I ordered from Goldpharma who have a prescription charge as well as shipping charge so it works out cheapest per pill to order 500 pills. 500x10mg pills will come to a total of STG?69.51.

The pills I got came from Greece which is in the EU so there is no customs charge as there isn't one between EU countries. Technically they shouldn't have any interaction with your package as it shouldn't go through the channels they examine. One poster here has said customs checked their package but they didn't charge for it.

I too ordered from Goldpharma. They ship 25mg tablets as well as 10mgs, which is handy later on.
Here's how the price list looks (at least this is how it looks to me, in Germany. Might look different for you.)

They charge an additional 7 Euros for the prescription and the same (ish) for postage. Plus they limit how much you can order at one time. (2 packs of 10mg, 2 packs of 25mg)

                    1. Lioresal 30 Tabletten € 6.05
                    10.000 mg baclofen (NOVARTIS FARMACEUTICA)
                    2. Vioridon tabl 50x10mg 50 Tabletten € 6.48
                    10.000 mg baclofen (VIOFAR ΕΠΕ)
                    3. Miorel tabl 50x10mg 50 Tabletten € 7.50
                    10.000 mg baclofen (KLEVA ΑΦΒΕΕ)
                    4. Lioresal 30 Tabletten € 8.96
                    25.000 mg baclofen (NOVARTIS FARMACEUTICA)

I find they only limit some of the cheapest to 2 packs. The rest are limited at 10, though maybe it differs to the country you are ordering to?

So the Lioresal 25mg, 30 Tablets for € 8.96 is limited to 2 pack but the Baclofen-ratiopharm 25mg, 50 Tablets for € 22.03 can be bought in 10s.

So the more expensive box works out at 46c a pill while the cheaper one works out at 54c a tablet. It's really worth taking your time and going through every single purchasing option on Goldpharma to work out what is the cheapest as some of their pricing seems a bit random.

Let us know how it goes, I managed to get some Bac imported from some indian lads but the tabs were only 10mg, which is no good.

OA, had to go to 170mg a day, that would be the equivalent of 7 tabs a day @25mg or € 3.22 a day for you. Which seems excellent value and manageable.

He appears to have been drinking about 750ml @40% proof a day which would be the equivalent of about 6 litres of 5% beer. I am wondering if the amount you need to take is based on your current "weight" of your dependence as well as body mass.

These 25mg tablet seem like the job, I may get some as I am in Eire also.

I cant find a doctor to prescribe me anything other then Campral here, which has reached its limit of effectiveness for myself ( managed a 2 month AF with it, but subsequently I’ve found it useless). This country is a joke for getting proper meds, so i think you are dead right for taking matters into your own hands as far as getting drugs is concerned. Good luck and keep us updated.

The other good thing about ordering from Goldpharma is that because they are sending the bac from Greece/Spain it won't get stopped by customs so it's very unlikely that you won't get the meds and you definitely won't be hit by a customs charge.

My husband is only a day and a half in and taking the high dosages quite quickly. 90mg in the first 24 hours and 70mg in the last 15 hours. He's feeling sleepy, but in a sort of cosy, dopey kind of way rather than the stressed out exhausted way he was 2 days ago. He's working so many hours, on his first day off today in 5 weeks of 90+ hours, which makes it difficult to tell how much of the sleepiness is from the bac and how much is just genuine tiredness. Either way he's felt a lot better since being on the bac. He's more relaxed and feeling calmer and happier.

Too right it is. He's doing about 15 hours Mon-Fri and 7-8 Sat-Sun. He's dead on his feet most days. Not the best time to be experimenting with an off-label drug but neither is it the best time to be drinking himself into a nightly stupor or forcing himself to stay sober while cracking up from cravings.

He drank about 8 units of neat vodka this evening. Unfortunately instead of telling me he was going to drink he snuck out to the off-license while I was at the supermarket despite the fact that when we talked about this he agreed to tell me if/when he was going to drink so that I'd know what was happening if he had a bad reaction. He's way too used to lying to me.
