    Ordering Bac to Ireland

I cross lines without worrying much when I believe in what I'm saying, Ally. It sometimes makes me unpopular. Don't much care. So, I'll probably keep crossing "that line" when it seems appropriate to do so. I'm having fun this weekend because I'm crossing all kinds of lines at a "gay pride" event in a conservative community. People will be ticked off at me - I don't much care.

If someone left MWO, it wasn't because I was "chasing" anyone. Unless you have a different definition of "chasing" than I do, so it would be helpful for me if you would explain that accusation (you did make an accusation).

Good that you had a good reaction to bac, and I'm sorry to hear about the TMJ - it is murder, and I solved mine in a rather radical manner. But you were at a much smaller dose (roughly half of what you husband last took) and, as you've likely read, body weight doesn't seem to mean much. At 90 mg., you were over the max dose, and I am gathering that you titrated to get to 90 mg, no?

I think I may have had a migraine once, but I'm not sure. It was the most incredible pain I've ever known, followed by barfing, followed by another 60 minutes of amazing pain - then I went to sleep. I've also been told it might have been something else, but I'm very happy not to have migraines if they are anything like that! You have my sympathies.

Good that he's clear on the kidney thing. It would be good if he were the one posting here. What are you getting out of your posts, Ally? Did you know there is a "family member" forum here? Near as I can tell, you are posting an account of someone else's experience of *sudden* high-dose bac. If you are reading that I'm not comfortable with that, you are reading correctly. Seen it already. Didn't lead to good things.

Whatever anyone else's motivations are, I am not in the least worried about being unpopular, so long as I am presenting the truth as best I know how.

The only "good things" it didn't lead to was the poor woman losing an important support network. Last we heard her brother was doing better than he had done in a long time.

You seem to have a bee in your bonnet about being "unpopular" that's not what's going on here. You have decided to be judge and jury here and are ultimately hounding and bullying people who don't do what you want them to. You aren't being unpopular, you are being a bully
. And if you had any actual sense about people you'd know that nobody reacts well to being bullied so if you feel you have a particular point that it's important to make, work out another approach, otherwise people won't heed you. The way you post is dangerous.

I explained exactly why I'm posting here, it's to share information about the drug and the reactions of the person I live with who is taking it so that others can learn from it. Everyone here is experimenting, whether they have a doctor prescribing for them or not. In lieu of proper trials and tests the information here is invaluable. The family section isn't about the drugs and it's pretty much a dead forum with barely weekly posts.

No, but I'm old. I did recently watch Jekyll though. Loved it. Okay, so the end was a bit weak, but pretty awesome all around, and I'm hard to please. It was the last thing I've liked since Lost went off the air.

            Get a grip Trace.

The world doesn't and shouldn't revolve around you.

If you don't have something constructive and on topic to say then try exercising some restraint. I'm confident that if you try you will become an expert at it and it might even help you.

I might add that I'm having PMs with Tracy so my actions may seem contrary to my advice. Like "exercise some fucking constraint"

I don't get it. Am I fucking wrong? Do I need to use more constraint? I don't know how to do that when fucking. Perhaps you meant "restraint"? I'll try anything once.

(as an aside, I am not dropping out of this discussion. I'm taking it up tomorrow when there is a slight possibility that I will be more constrained - or, more preferably, actually restrained).

Guys you should have by now realised what Agenda Tracey has, and dont buy into it. By her own admission she 'pisses people off" and isnt bothered by it. Reading between the lines, I would say that this is indeed her intention and seems to get immeasurable pleasure from it when it works. Dont feed the negativity cycle with your outrage...just ignore her. I have also made the observation that there is a certain degree on envy directed towards carers/helpers of people who desperateley need help. Perhaps the real reason behind the cynicism/criticism/implying thats carers are overstepping the mark/co-dependent etc. in putting their heart and soul into helping a loved one through this nightmare, is that she has no-one willing to do the same thing for her? Just a thought. ignore her

You rest your case by citing your own testimony? Okey doke, Judge!

I was trying to make light of a difficult situation so that I had time to deal to consider what I am doing. I thought it was funny. But, by all means, if I am being in appropriate, this is a moderated forum, where there actually are judges.

But Saphy is pissy because my first post on this forum dared challenge hers. Oops.
