I think Phil has had a really difficult time of it. And so he's written a wee book. If no one wants the book, and nobody responds he will go away, no? If he continues to promote his book - and breaks the forum rules, he'll be banned by the administrators - end of story.

Personal comments, mean-spirited comments are uncalled for, in my humble opinion. As well, many comments seem a tad arrogant. Can't we just let this go?
