apparently Topa can affect all cravings, alcohol, nicotine and harder drugs

has anyone experienced a decreased desire to smoke or take drugs

also....has anyone experienced any decrease in sex drive?

I can't help with the smoking and other drugs. But I can help with the sex drive part.

The only way that topamax effects my sex drive is that it makes me really tired. So the drive that I have is dampened by feeling very sleepy once I take it.

Can you take the Topamax in the morning instead? For any meds that make me sleepy when I don't want to be, my doctor has recommended taking them in the morning. HTH!
