300mg/day - I could reduce my Xanax dose from 4mg to 2mg. Still alcohol free, with reduced, but existant cravings.

Time flys past. You are in my thoughts and encouraged by the nearly 3 weeks AF.
Maybe now you are slowing down the titration process to give Bac the time to build up in your system and to do it's thing?Started Baclofen 3/9/10 Hit my switch at 250mg on 21/11/10 3.125mg/Kg

OK that sounds good
Maybe you will need to reach a super high dose to reach your switch but I feel much better mow that you are giving your mind and body some time to aclimatize to this already high dose of Bac
Keep to the tried and tested I would at this point. 20mg a week increase give or take seems reasonable. Listen to your body, trite but true, if your SEs are still minimal after a few days then make a small increase.
Let us know as you go up.

Ig is right, listen carefully to your body. See if it is possible to differentiate an actual alcohol craving from a desire to drink out of habit. I found these were subtly different, and while baclofen had removed my actual alcohol craving, it was much harder to break the pattern of habitual drinking. Even today I still occasionally long for a beer, but these are just the dying gasps of a long-term psychological addiction.

Go for it Joe.
Do read up a bit on it first, you need to see it through to the end IMO.
I sound like I'm on a mission, like a born again christian or something, but if you stick with this Bac it does it's magic.Started Baclofen 3/9/10 Hit my switch at 250mg on 21/11/10 3.125mg/Kg

Have you thought about the nature of your cravings? Once I hit a high dosage (over 200) I gradually came to the realization that what I thought were cravings were just force of habit. I still get a little confused from time to time when I leave the grocery store without a sack full of beer. Once I realized this, I considered myself to have reached my "switch" point, then I worked on changing my habits.
