I am a trainwreck!
But to top it all off I have a Katy Perry song in my head I cannot get out!!! I don't even like her! Anyone have a Disney song? They usually don't last that long! Unless my son sings it nonstop! No Lion King, tho...they do last forever!"What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us." Ralph Waldo Emerson

You ought to get a Veggie Tales cd. I can't knock those songs out of my head with a sledgehammer. The music is actually very good, luckily.

I GOT MY BAC!!! I just got home form work and it was in my mail box...no bills, not junk mail, just them!
Now I am suddenly scared...should I take one now? I think I will....

Great news Taw!
I agree with Serenity - start now but don't take more than you need. I think it was Ig that made the point that going from 10 mg to 20 mg is a 100% increase while going from 100 mg to 110 mg is less than a 10% increase. The only time I had any issues with SE's was right out of the gate. I went to 60 - 80 mg really fast. In retrospect, there was really no need to do that
Also, I listened to a radio program from OA's website yesterday (link: http://media.vindy.com/content/audio...d.100405.0.mp3. If anyone out there has not heard this I would highly recommend listening. It is about a 25 minute interview with OA, with Dr. L and two Bac success stories also making an appearance. The interview starts about 40% of the way into the program.
Dr L made a comment about Bac repairing your brain and the brain "growing" again. May have been just an out of context statement, but it really caught my ear. It also made me realize I should not have jumped up the mgs so fast. That is just me though, I know a number of folks out there have had great success titrating up at light speed.

taw, sent you a pm. But a public YAY! and a third vote for the start slow, finish the job approach.
marathon, not race.
It was Low, I think, Grommet, not ig. I didn't include you in the list, but I'm rather garrulous this morning, so I'll leave the rest of the roll call until tomorrow. Glad you're doing so well, though.
I CAN't WAIT to listen, thanks for the heads up!
I'm off to real world.

My apologies, Low.
Thanks for the well wishes Nev. Doing well is a relative thing. Down from an avg of 85 units a week pre-Bac to 30 units a week now. This is mostly due to a reduction in cravings with a little old fashioned will power thrown in for good measure.
Still havn't conquered the Fri-Sat-Sun thing though. Recently I have been AF M-Th then cramming my 30 units into Fri-Sat-Sun nights. But still a huge improvement. On 120 mg now, going to 135 mg Monday.

Cool beans taw. I hope this works as well for you as it has for others on this board.
Go well.
Grommet, still new myself, but from what I've seen, unless it's horrifically off topic, it seems to be ok, so you're back in the game, I think. I'll let taw decide though...
Having hit the switch, I now post under the username "bleep". Look forward to seeing you on the other side...
