It would help if there was a listing of these docs and their locations. Take your articles and sob story in and explain it. Maybe it will work. Maybe a neurolgist might be wiling as they may have more experience with baclofen use in MS patients.

I convinced my former primary physician, Dr. Lawrence Doyle of the Plymouth branch of Family Practice at Sutter Amador Hospital to prescribe baclofen.

As of our last conversation, his upper limit was 90mg/day. That may have changed.

I talked to a man in Norman, Oklahoma who took himself off suboxone and wellbutrin with high-dose baclofen. He talked his doctor into prescribing up to OA's highest dosage (275 mg/day). I asked him to speak with his doctor to find out if he would take referrals. Waiting to hear. In the meantime, my D.O. will write up to 80 mg/day. I'm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. PM me if that would help.

My GP has prescribed it, and needed very little prompting. However he is extensively aware of my problem, has been active on my defence, and I have had several blood tests before we started on Bachlofen.

However I've only had one prescription a few days ago, but he was willing to prescript high dosage Bachlofen immediately. However since we're just starting out, I'm loath to put his contact details up online.

He's in Dublin Ireland. I should point out that Irish GPs have alot of freedom when it comes to prescriptions, and you're not geographically tied to your GP.

So ask your local Irish GP, and change GPs if you can!

Don't forget Atlanta. Not sure if they do high dose but any dose and supplement with offshore is helpful.

Longshot raises a good point, please think about that if you have trouble (amazing, but it happens) with your regular GP, or are reluctant to bring it up with him.

There's no need to give out the personal details of the doctor - Just a location. People can then PM you for further details.

Pony, I regretfully left your doc off the list, although perhaps I should put it in, just so they get bothered by calls?

I talked to my doc today. He is willing to do the high dose bacfolen treatment, as long as the patient couples it with a "program", which I take to mean either a 12 step program or some type of psycho-therapy. He is in Austin, Texas. You can PM me for details.
