Hmmmm, that should be often enough. Waking up to take pills is quite hardcore, and not necessary, I don't think. I don't know what to say, other than I don't think it's baclofen withdrawal causing this.

the only other thing I can think of is my sinues are so bad when I wake up maybe that is causing it...cause it happens even with little or no AL the night before...dunno...I made it thru throwing up multiple times a day when I was pregnant...I can handle this...

Only one way to check - sacrifice a little sleep for a few nights. Set an alarm in the middle of the night and wake up to take an extra dose and see if you feel better in the morning.

If you're still at a dose where bac knocks you out, then you should be able to go right back to sleep anyway!

Hi, everybody.
What Bleep said has been true for me, Taw. I used to wake up and take them in the middle of the night. Sleep is much too important, for me! And I now take the last dose just before bed and the first dose about 6 hours later when I get up to start the day. Seems to work really well, again, for me.

Hate to say it, the only time I've ever really gotten sick from it was from drinking. (recent experience was pretty horrific, ugh. I wouldn't wish that on ANYONE.)
I feel for you, and am really glad that you're sticking to your guns.

I think if you continue to titrate up, your craving for AL will be curbed, you'll drink less and feel better. That was true for me too. I wonder if that's why the SEs were so bad for me at lower doses? I was drinking A LOT more at 50mg than I was at 120mg.

It has happened in the mornings even when I have been AF the night before...or VERY little AL...

I will just ride it out and see what happens...

Please don't give up. You can do this. You've got to, for your son. Can you take some time off ? I resigned from my job of 10 years. I'm done mid March. I'm going to take 2 months off and try to hit the switch and then titrate down, so I can work again. I was talking about you, recently. You are the only other single Mom I know of on here. Hang in there girl. God, this is hard and these SE's suck!!!!

Is there a chance you can call Dr. Levin and get some advice from him? My only other thought is that you're having a negative drug interaction. Have you tried looking at epocrates.com and seeing if other meds you are taking are fighting with the Bac? If you're drinking a lot and you're still taking Bac, that can be a problem, too.
