Bloody well done. It was mostly through your posts I started on Baclofen.

Thanks for you guys "preempting" my post. I signed on this afternoon to celebrate with you and you all already knew! I guess I hadn't been keeping it a secret. I do feel great about the whole thing. This year has been amazing and I have so much hope for my future.

I want to write up a summary soon of that year and what I learned. I hesitated at first as it seemed "premature" to say I had found the holy grail on this. But now that I have a year of success I think I can do it. It will likely be next week tho as I am going OOT for a few days (going to the beach with 2 friends and 2 dogs).

          With respect to any wisdom:
1Get AF ASAP and stay that way. Exposure to the addictive substance is the strongest determinant of relapse in rats and in people.
2Use all your tools. Medicine and judgment. Don't wait for the bac to get you to the switch. If you have not decided to go AF I don't think the bac willt get you there or keep you there. Use it as an adjunct to your decision not as a substitute for it.
3Get busy living. You have wasted enough time on this disease.

I wish all of you all the best in your journeys.
          Sunny
