great result. I don't know about you but I never in my life could pour a drink down the sink. whether it was the fourth or the tenth. or 12th or 20th. good for you. something is working.

I drank 24 beers a day when I was at my worst. Even as recently as last summer, 12-14 beers/day was fairly standard. I would have never considered pouring a drink down the sink (I jokingly called such behavior "alcohol abuse.")

The fact that I can now do that is proof positive that Bac is working for me.

Yes I went down to 0 and now just take it when needed. I was using 25 mg tablets, and broke them into quarters/halves just to be sure I was safely reducing the dose. I found that going from 12.5 mg to 0 didn't produce any serious withdrawal effects, but going down to 6.25 before stopping could be helpful to anyone who is sensitive to stopping it.

Hi seeking serenity - I take Topa - and am quite happy with it - am scared silly re the side effects that I hear about re the Bac - I like that with Topa, I take it twice a day and know exactly how much I take - and what SE's I might get - I suppose I am scared of the unknown! And I didn't take it as an attack at all!

No, because you couldn't tell if it was 80/100 or 40/50 or 16/20 or 120/150 or 80,000/100,000 for that matter. All are 80%.

37 will probably keep good track of it until people stop voting or he loses interest.

edit: You could if you watch it carefully, but it'd be nicer if they were just there for everybody to see.
