muprh, it just so happens that while cleaning out my cupboards i found a bottle of folic acid that i took while preggers. i have been taking it, but it's so old it's not helping my boobs. that's probably it, it's too old. boobs might just stay this way. things could be worse. i could be attracted to gay men, or women, oh my!

I am with Ne on the smoking. I need to concentrate on stopping drinking before quitting smoking...but good luck to the rest of you!! Maybe you will pave the way for quitting smoking for me like you have done with the drinking!

Good job on quitting cigs!. I am still on nicotine but using the electronic cigarette route. It think it really is much safer and Propylene Glycol(the stuff the makes the vapor) is actually good for fighting bacteria and possibly cancer so I get sick less. The only problem with ecigs is that most SUCK. You have to get the new 510-t tank model or one of those big pipe things like the screwdriver or something newer they may have now.

The good ones produce massive vapor that gives you the burn and is very satisfying if you get a good liquid and don't use those dumb cartridges. If anyone is interested I can get you pointed to the right stuff(PM me as to not hijack the thread) to get, there are crappy products marketed all over which give ecig a bad name.

I've used a couple of completely crapola ecigs in the past. Huge pain in the arse.

These new ones sound worth investigating.

Taw, I agree with you 100%. One thing at a time and the most important thing by far is knocking the booze on the head. Everything else comes later. For me, getting sober allowed me to start sorting out other fecked up aspects of my life: weight, fitness and ciggies.

Priority number one is sobriety!

Thank-you all for the good thoughts. Murph, I'm glad you told me you still have anxiety. At least I know the switch and decreased anxiety don't necessarily go hand in hand. We are having company for the next week so I may not be able to post much, but I'll be back as soon as the company leaves. I think an addiction to this thread will be stronger than any alcohol addiction!

I realized it Memorial Day Weekend. I have not had a drink this month.
