Last night I tried 5HTP to help with my sleeping issues. Man, does it work?perhaps too well?

I was out like a light, but woken (fortunately) by a pressing need to take a lash. I stumbled to the bathroom, half asleep, and proceeded to drain the dragon. Unfortunately, not only was the toilet seat down, but also the lid. I didn?t realise at first, in fact it took a little while. All rather messy and very unpleasant to have to clean up?
...I should imagine. :H

The looks I got this morning; Mrs Murph had a face like a slapped arse.

Anyhoo, 5HTP is definitely one of my recommendations for insomnia, along with Nytol/Benadryl.

Strangely, I don't think Independence Day is celebrated anywhere other than in the US. It's not a holiday here, that's for sure.

This one is a personal holiday, bleep. 5 months since we first, simultaneously to the second far as I can tell, found a measure of freedom from the beast.
It took murphy a matter of minutes to get there, it took me years, or so it seems. But get there we did. And feck if I know what it all means!

It would be celebrated in Wales should it ever occur...well by half the country anyway.

Hi All and happy independence day! I haven't had time to catch up on the thread yet but all of my guests have finally gone and I did fairly well (AL wise)y drank less than I normal while they were here. While
I wasn't "indifferent" to AL I certainly drank less than I would have in my pre-bac days. YAY! Wish I could get to a point where entertaining wasn't so stressful for me and I didn't have to be such a perfectionist. Oh well, a work in progress. Anyway, I'm happy to be bac and refocus on my priorities. Wish I could figure out how to attach a picture to my name. I'm such a techno moron!

Hi Curlygirl. It all seems to be going well with you, except for having week long house guests, that sounds like a nightmare.

The avatar thing:
First of all the picture can't be any bigger than 150x150 pixels or 19.5kb.
On the left hand side of the screen you'll see a 'User CP' button.
Press that and then press 'Edit Avatar'.
Scroll down and press the 'choose file' button and locate the picture on your hard disc et voila!

Hmmm. I just popped on the computer to do a little catching up and went to the last page of your thread Murph. I see some of the usual is going on. I have no idea the context of you being smart yet vulnerable, but I consider those to be excellent attributes. You are just like me! :H:H:H
