Still on 325/day. Daytime somnolence is just as bad as before. I've been taking a few things in an attempt to deal with the somnolence, lethargy and general fuzzyheadedness (not to be confused with fuckedupedness) that one often gets when hitting new levels of bac: lots of strong coffee, energy drinks, piracetam and pseudoephedrine. I can't get hold of ephedrine, because it's apparently illegal in the UK, so I've had to settle for pseudoephedrine, which I think is just like ephedrine but it drives a Porsche and uses long words it doesn't really understand. None of these things seem to help much on their own but if I take them all together, they give me about an hour of wakeful clarity.

BTW, "noobs" is short for newbies which means those who are new, in this case to baclofen, not necessarily yet using it, maybe just interested or a tad curious. I use the term noobs rather than newbies because I am just so hip and with it and down with the kids. Shit! Do young people still say "hip"? I better find out before I use it here and make a fool of myself.

Anyhoo, the anti-personal thread vultures are circling and they'll join the Murph-haters and bully me into giving up this thread unless I can prove to them there is some purpose to it, other than for somewhere to talk bollocks without people punching me in the face. I am here Murph. I am going to comment in NE's Thread about losing religion but I just wanted you to know that I have become a supporter of Murph. I have tried to call you out in the past and I apologize - You didnt see indifference exactly as I did and I got pissy. But you support everyone here - new and old and for that I truly respect that.

I work with women who have been abused...then I have worked with women who are in jail, then I have worked with women who are indiginous in this country, trying to get a better life. Then I look at your posts and your avators, and your telling me to fuck off, don't know what I am talking about...............And still people respond to your posts. It totally blows me away. I have never thought you were worth responding to. I'm listening to Noonygar radio at the moment......they have beautiful music. I actually feel sorry for you Murph. Go for it! Do you work for any charity or some such Murph? Do you actually do anything to make this world a better place ?

Missy, I dont understand the intense feelings you have for Murph - if you have read his posts, you would see that he is just like the rest of us - trying to make sense of this addiction, and in the process helping others. I am not trying to cause a debate - no need to reply.

Keep posting Murph. I know some don't like the "personal" slant to my thread either, but I think there's a story in each thread that could help visitors. Each thread is very different and alot of people would read your thread and not others because it's always entertaining, so it keeps them reading about your cure story. That can't be a bad thing. This isn't facebook, it's whatever we want it to be. Keep it up, you're doing a service for your fellow alkies and all of us who need a laugh.
