Murph’s Baclofen (or should that be BacloFUN) diary

    LOL,

Just catching up. I have been gone for a bit. I lurked this morning and saw your avatar Murph...LOL.
Now I see it's gone. Don't tell me you were chastised about it?
I found it hilarious. I have no idea how long you were using it but you love to ride that thin, thin, line. I believe that is why you have such a solid fan base.:cheering:
I will catch up now; I did not mean to alter the current thread of conversation so carry on.

    Frickin' hilarious as usual Murph:H

Murph, your post is one that I will return to again and again for inspiration and assurance. It is tough to get past the SE, but posts like yours keep me going. Thank-you

You?re not kidding. This morning, one of my dogs seems to smell of last night?s curry. I suspect the little bugger has sussed out how the flip top bin in the kitchen works.

Nope, no one complained, which is really annoying and why I changed it. I must try harder to offend.:H

I suspect I would have agreed with them DG. Six months ago I would poke fun at ?trembling AA white-knucklers? but my views on such matters have now matured somewhat. Even if you take the most conservative figures for the percentage of AA ?successes?, it still means tens of million of lives saved. And that can?t be dismissed. There?s more than one way to skin a cat.

The SEs are no laughing matter sometimes, but they are temporary. When you come out the other side, they?re definitely worth it.

          Peace out peeps!

Yes I have nicked one of Ne's sign-offs. She won't mind, she's my mate. :l

            Nope, don't mind. Love it.

I have to say that even I wasn't particularly offended by the previous Av. This one is no better. I might grow to miss the morning adrenaline rush that coincides with my first cuppa jo. It's a result of the raised blood pressure I get when I sign on and check in here (first thing) and see whatever you've put on there...

            Gotta run!

Yep Spratt, it's just a matter of sticking with it. Your supply may or may not have been tainted, who knows? It doesn't matter though, 'cos the next lot won't be and your number's waiting for you.

                      Murph,

Another good avatar. I read Amy bought crack and heroin the night before she died. Regardless EVERYONE saw it coming. Damn shame at 27.

Are we putting each and every news story on there? If so, I think there're a bunch of others I've seen that I could dig out.

As a BP patient, I've been told alot of caffeine probably isn't good, but I never drank alot of caffeine (my anxiety served the purpose of jacking me awake in the AM). I don't think a cup of coffee raises your BP at all, personally, but you can research me wrong I'm sure.

What you're probably experiencing Ne is your blood sugar. It is my own opinion that we all (those of us drinking for ten or twenty or more years, abusing refined sugars) have f'd up our ability to have stable blood sugar. You who exercise alot may have better blood sugar leveling that the rest, but maybe not.

But still, anyone drinking coffee, especially on an empty stomach, will experience blood sugar going UP. And if you have diabetes, you should NOT be drinking coffee (I know you don't Ne).

Drink your iced green tea in the morning with me!

Careful Sprat - you don't want anything of Murph's rubbing off on you. Take that every way you think of...

We've said it before here - all it will take will be one celebrity to discover baclofen, and the word is out there. Oh, for some publicity.

I'd let the world know that I'm taking it, but I'm worried my fans aren't quite ready for it yet...

Oy! Sorry to make light of the BP thing. I was actually referring to the fact that, in general, Murphy's avatars raise my blood pressure. Really, they just raise my goat. Or get my ire. Or annoy me. They are Neva Eva amusing, I have to say, for the official record.

His morning is a full 6 hours before mine. So when I wake and check in here, and notice his av, (not that I ever check here first thing) I am greeted with yet another appallingly inappropriate slanderous, libelous abomination.

High Dose Bac and coffee go hand in glove. Though I don't doubt that green tea would do the trick, I am an avowed coffee chick. (Still, sounds yummy. Doesn't it have as much or more caffeine than coffee?)
