First off, I have to say THANK YOU to DG for always dogging me (:H) and supporting me in every which way, you have such a gift, I am so appreciative and so not deserving. Thank you for everything you do. You befriended me and kept with me - out of the blue! :l

Zephra, love your name, do you know Conan personally? Or am I just clueless about the origins of your name. You gave me a big pick me up, thank you, I often think I'm irritating or corny or less. So a bug {{hug}} to you, please post more and join us by sharing your journey. If you've done that and I've missed it, which is likely, forgive me, point me to your thread. I feel sometimes that no one else "gets" some of the rapier out here, they def appreciate the most witty but maybe not the off-center not-the-sharpest-blade-in-the-drawer wit like mine. I like my wit, I'm not putting myself down, I'm just not in any contest and I like that. One of the big problems I have with life is all the competition. Or perceived comp. That's the more likely story perhaps?

No status of mention today, except I went back to work and took a B12 injection which may have helped me quite a bit, not sure.

I would show you a pic of me self-injecting B12, but it's less than pretty.

Hmmm. What was the extension of the file Red? The three letters after the file name. It should be something like .jpg or .bmp

If it's not a format supported by the site, you'll need to save it as one that is. I don't your level of competence here, so let me know if you need more help.

Happy Tuesday Bruun! Couches and poking. Always something interesting going on in your thread Bruun. One of the reasons I like being a figure skating fan is that FSUniverse, the greatest figure skating fangirl site EVAH has the BEST smiles. There is a groping smilie, a dramaqueen smilie, a conspiracy smilie, a bribing smilie, and all kinds of stuff the recovery community is just not hip to yet.

But they don't have couch poking so that one is pretty unique! (I am limited to using only 6 of the locally available smilies here at MWO. I bet Bleep could provide more advanced and creative smilie option instructions)

What does it feel like after a B12 shot? I've always wondered that. How are you feeling otherwise? Are you titting down () off the wine now? I hope you are feeling optimistic today.

Hey DG, so not a good middle of the night, I gave my pup some ground turkey and bison with his regular food, because his appetite has been off, and what a MISTAKE that was. I kept waking up thinking, why does it smell like cat shit in here? I looked suspiciously at the cat butt next to me and then looked all over the room found no evidence for the stink. So I went back to sleep.

Then I got up to get some water, since I'm dehydrated all the time again, being a wino, and stepped barefoot in a puddle of brown stinky goo. I literally screamed FUCK at the top of my lungs about twenty times, as I turned on the light and saw how many puddles and piles there were on the wood floor in the dining area. About 2lbs, of mucusy brown soft-serve mess, from my tender tummied pup.

Woke this AM thankful I put him in the garage for the rest of the night because TWO MORE puddings in the AM. I couldn't bear it, to clean those up, after the first five I was almost puking myself and I just can't take it again.So I covered them with cat litter and they will dry up without stinking up the garage and I can sweep them up in a month.

I love my pets. Can I say they drive me to drink? Just this once?

Couch poking, for your information, is a very common past time I hear. Re the B12 shot, the damn stuff comes in ampoules which are glass and you have to break open, stick the syringe in, draw out the contents, then poke yourself. Which is FINE if you don't blunt the tip of the syringe withdrawing the B12, which I just did. B12 picks me up. I'm growing dependent on it twice a week at least. It's cheap online. Only problem is the ampoule. My cousin is a nurse and she says some meds just come in ampoules and she hates them, she's hurt herself and they're clumsy. Bad invention but must be cheap.

Okay bleep. It's a JPEG image. I don't know if that's the file. I'm about as computer illiterate as they come. I'm going to try to move the file. I guess that's what I would need to do. I'm just not sure where to put it so that it's .jpg or .bmp.

Hi Bruun, darrrrling. I'm hoping to get a pic of my ferocious pet on here soon. Bruun, do you open the ampule with a paper towel or something to protect your hands? I cut myself once on an ampule and never again. I would often use the alcohol wipe packets to break it open.

Hmmm, that should be okay. It's a bit confusing Red. Maybe try with another picture and see what happens? Make sure that the [img] and [/img] tags are surrounding the URL of the picture, which they should be if you have copied it straight from the picture hosting site.

:upset::upset::upset: over the slurpy doggy poo. Our female GSD has a digestive disorder of some sort (Mr. Doggy deals with those disgusting details, which involve a rubber glove, some medication, and a butt hole...) and I have woken up one too many times to the type of mess you describe......all over the house..... I FEEL YOUR PAIN!! I hope doggy is feeling better. Kennels in the garage are a blessing at times like this. :l

May tomorrow be a MUCH better day on the doggy front.

So is couch poking a sport? Could we make it one? Could we involve cabana boys or hot brazillians?

So many important life questions. So little time.

This is Lolita (Lola). I can't tell you her last name because it's mine, but it's catchy. She's a manx. If you notice, she doesn't have a tail. Manx cats are special. They are friendly and even tempered. Many people call them the "dog cats" because they like to be around people so much.

She is quite the huntress. Last year, she even killed a squirrel. She has no front claws, that is the amazing part. When things start to thaw around here, she escapes daily to hunt. In the morning, she is waiting next to her fresh kill on my porch. Looking up to me with love, offering me her gift.

I used to get pissed because I'd be racing out the door at the crack of dawn, to get to work. I would step on, or trip over the carcass. Now, I've come to accept it. Even the kids accept it, we have a small graveyard in the back with all the rodent carcasses. They just yell to me, Mom, Lola killed a chipmunk today, or whatever rodent it is for the day. I get the shovel and go to work. :H

Oh, and to change the size of the pic, when you first go to upload it choose forum. There's a pull down screen and it will change the size.
