I read that too and agree, although I think it would be healthy to try to regain SOME of that natural foot balance and power. I want my toes to work!
I think I'll try Grat's book and walking for a while, then add in kettle balls.
Have you read Egoscue? Sounds like the same thing Is, a book on balancing your hips and everything else - pretty well respected guy, Pete Egoscue and there's a book by him just for women too. However, I have difficulty just doing it. I can't concentrate on anything, I am a noodle. Hoping to feel better tomorrow and start doing SOMETHING.
I meant I was told by PT to do PT (not surgery) to rebalance my body before it gets much worse, it's already very bad with regard to favoring one side. I meant that I am on track to be like my neighbor if I don't get going and really make it a priority. It can be my AL alternative activity.
