Ifyou, glad to hear about your arse, I've been pondering on it. My sister broke her tailbone some years ago and still it bothers her. Hope your arse ain't broke. lushie! hi! glad to hear it, woman! good that drinky sucky lifey is outie, n'est ce pas? salud! i, myself, am definitely down for some work on my sobriety, with thorough self-evolvement in mind. the time is nigh! baclofen provided a nice shortcut to allow me to do some essential growth, give thanks, but now i gotta train for life hard style, as it were. i'm sure i will do, now that the fog is lifting and the gloom is getting good and gone. (fun with alliteration tonite, folks!)

shit, how embarassing, i meant bill withers, not bruce. i've got my computer back from my wayward son, but i still can't remember my essential soul singers, or spell (that 'e' word just there), and i still neeed a minute before i compose much of any coherence.

I knew you meant Bill Withers!! And DG there is no smiley limit, just so long as you're creative with it! TGIF, peeps. Yes, where is Grommet, Reg, everyone else I failed and am failing to mention and Lo0p in particular, has been gone for a very long time.

Just fought off the bottle yet again, I stuffed my face with a whole package of Miracle Noodles and a piece of wild salmon, all dressed up in sesame oil, sesame seeds both toasted and raw, soy sauce and vinegar. Regrettably I cannot find my rice wine vinegar (because I needed Ne to clean out my pantry in her cleaning fever of some months ago) nor do I have a frozen bit of ginger but it was satisfying anyways. In fact, I feel like I ate a loaf of bread, and I'm sure I look it! But bring on the ketones, baby, I'm burning it up!

Lushy, I'm "saving" my antabuse for the emergency I know is coming this weekend....

Bruun I usually have no idea what is going on on here and it is confusing when Im trying to read a thread and dont know if Iv just missed something or someone has deleated their stuff. I couldnt be going back and changing deleteing things it would drive me mad, I think I would just start getting all worried and paraniod and end up not being able to post so I just write press send and forget it, sorry about you all having to read my gobbledegook tho:H

Hi Everyone!

Wow, the weather is wonderful here! Clear and 60's! Brenderella, I have trees in my neighborhood but from my office building you can see the entire skyline of Dallas to the east and Fort Worth to the west.
It is really awesome on a clear day.

The antabuse is good. Again, it leaves no room for the thoughts of alcohol.
My boys will be here tomorrow and some other friends for the Superbowl.
In the old days, Monday would be one of those major hangover days I don't miss!:toasted:

Pete, I normally eat very paleo, I think? LOL, except for milk and ice cream and alcohol, all of which I'm off now! No grains of any type and no processed food - well, mostly - I do go to IN'N'OUT Burger and get a protein style burger with no bread or spread, so that's processed. My chiro started lecturing me on how to eat well and basically described paleo, and I felt like I was a kid in class on Groundhog Day, since I have probably read as much or more than he has on diet in the last twenty years. I AM about twenty years older than he is, in fact.

Space, yes, ketones are from low carb Atkins like diet. I fear it is making me into a carb porn addict, I watch movies of carbs in my head like porn addicts watch bad XXX on the TV.

I was just pointing out that Tim is Tim. He's just Tim, not anyone else. He participates on the baclofen-forum and we've known each other a long time.

There are only two ways a thread can be deleted. One is that a paying member can delete their own thread, only if there are no other posts on the thread. The other is that the moderators/administration delete the thread.
That's it. I can't remember who started that thread, but even if they were a paying member, once someone responds it can't be deleted.
That leaves administration.

I point all this out to allay fears and conspiracy theories. At least that one. :H

I think I read somewhere that your school got off to a quick start, too, DG. I feel a bit bruised from the first month. Tomorrow I'm going to sleep in! And then...well, then I get to do all of the things I haven't done for the last two weeks. (laundry. The DOG. She rolled in/tussled with something very smelly and came in filthy. I had time enough to rinse off the mud. She smells so badly she's been banished to whichever room I'm not in. And she's pissed off about it. So. The dog. Then the laundry. Then maybe I'll be able to actually eat something other than nuts and raisins.)

I know. It's terribly exciting. Sorry. It's all I've got atm. I hope it's a good Sunday for everybody.
