Hi, has anyone managed to get Topamax in the UK, I've read so many good reports about it that I'm tempted but don't want to ask my doctor if it's not available.

Anyone on topamax in the UK
Hi Paula,
Yes I live in the UK and am on topamax. I did take the programme and all the articles etc to my doctor but he refused to prescribe it for me so I had to order them online. The company I used is called Value Pharmaceuticals and you can find them just by doing a google search on that name. My tablets took about 10 days to arrive. I have also found out that you can get topamax without prescription from a UK company called In House Pharmacy. Do make sure though that you read the MWO book and note all the side effects and ways to minimize them if you do get any. I would also increase the dose at a slower rate if you do have any strong side effects. I have only experienced some fatigue, occasional 'jumpiness' and foggy memory at times. Good luck!!
