Yes, you can put alcoholism or you can put depression or muscle spasms....because it's used for those two issues as well. I got my baclofen through Dr. Levin, and he always puts depression down as the reason he prescribes it.....to ensure my confidentiality. Keep reading and posting....this is a wonderful place.

Yes, goldpharma has a questionnaire that they supposedly send to a doctor, who will then write you a "prescription" if he thinks it's indicated. I actually think it's not a bad idea if they would really do it. They could in theory make sure it's appropriate and check for drug interactions. I just said "spasticity" on mine because that's wikipedia says it's for.
