I think you're next, Rudy. just sayin. i've made that drive many, many times. it's a lovely one. we like entertaining kids, too. i would really like some good kale. i realize that my problem, until now, was the lack of shmalz. not the other. ugh and ew. seriously. ew. but beatle is a devout veggie. so the chicken fat'll have to wait. which is also disgusting. so you'll just have to come and make it!

Indeed - good things are happening here in BeatleLand, although this sleep is turning out to be epic. Also a good thing.

Something to watch out for is being indifferent without realising it. It's quite possible to keep drinking after indifference if you aren't aware of it, and the habit is so deeply ingrained.

It's really good you were able to push past your baclofen ceiling! Well done Ne! And you of course Beatle!

Sadly, the beatle/Ne/Ed weekend has come to an end. beatle's doing beatle things. Ed's back at work. Ne is procrastinating by reading MWO. The usual!

I'm trying not to put words in her mouth so all I can say is she sounds really upbeat and apparently Ne and Ed know how to throw one hell of a party!

I’ve been hassling Beatle to spill the beans about her HDB long weekend at Chez Ne and although she at first tried to fob me off, I persisted (because I’m rather annoying like that) and she finally came through with some of the goodies.

Apparently there was an awful lot of free love, hippy kinda stuff going on: random bed sharing, heavy drug use, etc. Anyone surprised by that? Nah, me neither.

She knows everyone is dying to get the low down on her present situation, but being the flirty little tease that she is, she’s not going to tell all just yet. Oh yes, and the brief update is also due to the fact that she’s presently travelling and needs time to process everything that has happened blah, blah, blah.

She wanted me to say, she has a lot to tell us. She has had a life changing experience. Although not yet indifferent, she believes indifference to not be far off. She has been given a sense of clarity and this has already improved her life and there’s more to come.

But she's most excited about the lesbian commune she's decided to open (in Newark of all places). There’s an open invitation for all the chicks here to join her, and I’m to become the commune’s official videographer, which is nice. Or I may have made that bit up…not sure…I’m easily distracted and confused. There was something about Newark, but I may have exaggerated it's significance and mixed it up with a film I was watching just before I read her message. Nah, I'm sticking with the lesbian commune idea.

Alright, alright.

I know no one ax'd me ( Nice one Lady) but here's my two cents.

I, personally, had a wonderful time with beatle this weekend. I'll have to let her fill you in on the details from her perspective. We cooked, we ate. We talked. A lot! We pretended to work at other things, then we talked some more.

beatle titrated up. It wasn't easy. She's not indifferent. But it was good in many ways, too. Again, I'll have to defer to her about this.

She's still on high-HDB. Add to that that she always finds it difficult to post. Add to that the fact that she's arriving home after an extended trip away from her family. It may yet be a while, folks!
