My Birthday! Hello World!
Bleep,
Work, work, work! If I get on at work; it is so hard to not catch up! I will get on tonight and post a longer reply. So far so good. Trying to get to 180 today with Edostan. I am hoping maybe the twitching will subside as I go up. I also have been taking the pills eratically instead of an appropriate evened out schedule. I have found out that makes a BIG difference!
The craving is gone; and the habit is getting kicked to the side. So much time I wasted, unbelievable. I may be there but how can all those years of self loathe and destruction be fixed like magic? It really is magic, a miracle.
I still can not fathom the fact that this could REALLY be so simple. It is really happening??? I want to scream to everyone that won't listen!
I have kept this by my computer for the last 5 years and wondered if it really was true:
"One universal truth is that all things are connected. More often than not, the chaos and heartbreak of today is the very foundation of the joy and order of tomorrow. So try and remember that when it feels like your world is falling apart, it's all part of a master plan and a brighter day is just up ahead - maybe even one so bright, you never ever dreamed it was possible"
It is true, I don't know who wrote it and/or where I got it...but it really is true!!!
Thank God for Baclofen and all of you!
So much for getting back to work in a timely manner; I just can't say enough about what is happening to me...
Thanks for caring...Reading everyones posts has pulled me through and kept me strong!
Again, :l

That's a really wonderful quote, where ever it came from!!Better Living Through Chemistry
Switched at 180mgs of Baclofen on 1/31/11, and again on 10/8/11 at 200mgs.

My Birthday! Hello World!
That's excellent news LadyL, what a terrific update. Love the quote, it's a good thing to say each day to yourself. I find mornings the toughest, for self-loathing doomsday thoughts. That's an excellent quote to keep by the bed. Thanks for sharing and HURRAY for Lady Lush! Lush now means only lucious, not drunk.

My Birthday! Hello World!
Hi Everyone,
Snuck on here at work. We've been having meetings and time alone just isn't happening.
I will get on at home tonight. Hanging at 120 mg to try and stay alert.
Still feeling good, and I am finding 2 glasses of wine at night is sure better than 2 bottles:duh:
Not the personal trainer.....but I did nab me a young one:sighbubble:
Love the avatar Murph...LOL
Red, keep the mom thread going :goodjob: I'll be there later.
