Well, that kind of sums it up for me. When different people want to be indifferent, they should take the pills.
To make my own contribution:
I took as much as felt safe and listened to my body carefully. Felt happy at 120mg, felt very unhappy at 250mg, and at 400mg the deal was closed. Back to the happy feeling, now at 150mg, my eyes are glistening and a woman has told me that I'm hot.
Don't be a fool and a slave to the schedule. When you feel (very) bad, and experiencing SE's that even here nobody has ever heard of: slow down!!
Insomnia, somnolence, little shaking of the hands/legs, forgetting all things, are annoying but common SE's and are no reason to titrate down IMveryHO. If you titrate down for other reasons (for example: not functioning at work) then that's very understandable, but don't expect to reach the switch. So be prepared.
