Hi people, I'm back again. I added some more scientific articles about baclofen and the amygdala. And I think this is what scientist need to get some interest in this topic.

The point is I need them to get to my forum and therefore I need descriptive experiences with baclofen for addiction. I started with my own experiences. If you like please add your own.

Can you copy stuff from this site? Even if the author of a post gives you permission, there is still a significant chance that MWO owns the copyright. I haven't checked into that. You might want to. You would want to contact the admin of this site. But here's a much better idea:

Go away, Phill. Your handbook is about to go bye-bye, BTW. If you'd have stayed away from MWO, I would have been happy to leave you alone. But you just couldn't do it. Your publisher was very interested and disturbed by the idea of someone who claims to be a doctor, who is not a doctor, giving medical advice regarding the off-label use of prescription medication on a book published by their site. More to come.

I'd have been delighted to do the same to the "new" bacolfen forum, but there is the merest - meaning a VERY slight - doubt in my mind that it's not a Dr. Phill project. Phill-y boy was the first poster and . . . he was invited to be there and - this is the really rich part - someone else asked his permission to use his work? :H

Doesn't matter much really, if the work being promoted there is actually plagiarized (the lesser sin) and the author of said work is practicing medicine without a license (a rather BIG FUCKING deal). Actually, that alone is enough to make me want to get it shut down.

And I really don't give hoot who posts in support of you - you are in my sights now.
Go away, lest I get so ticked off at you that I find a way to get cops interested in a guy who is so stupid as to publish a book as an MD when, in fact, he is not. I'm not phill and just removed his topic about his commercial book because I was thinking the same. My website is NOT commercial put up, I'm paying for this myself and want to be informative and there will be no commercial links or other dumb stuff on it.

Why are you so evil about a site that has the intension of being good?

Check the whois.org on who is the owner of the domain, does that say enough?

The second part is that there is NO copyright on everything that has been citated for educational use. I'm a university student myself. I'm from the Netherlands and I have no connections with Dr. Phill other than I used some of his ideas because I recognized some things in it myself.

Still the question arizes in my head: Why are you so anti with my website. I'm not doing anything illegal.

I love it when people use that term "evil" to describe a good thing. It's very Palin, very Bush, it's very transparent to anyone with half a brain.

I don't know what you're intention is, anon. You have shared exactly zero about yourself on this site. I did do my research on that. Research is my thang. At any rate, if you haven't heard, we have a link now to a forum in France which has access to GP's who have treated hundreds of people with baclofen. That will kind of quash a great many things, Phill legacies if you will, that have plagued this forum. Any research that you could come up with already exists here on MYO. I have no doubt that got your info right here.

Regarding the whole ego-fueled trip of "we are breaking ground," which quickly leads into people making heroes of people who do really stupid things with bac, that's about to go bye-bye too. We are breaking no new ground here, and the French are breaking it faster than you can say "bonjour." I'm very happy that this forum exists, but we are breaking no truly "new" ground.

I don't see a need for your forum. If other people do - to each their own. Behave, eh?

I'm also not sure how your copyright law differs from the one I operate under (the US), compared with the UK. Regarding the education use, it's called "Fair Use," at least in the US, and I'm quite familiar with it. Whether or not "Fair Use" applies depends on it's intended purpose. You can't open a website and claim "Fair Use" anon. It, again - at least in the US - must meet specific criteria. Your forum would not qualify in my very humble and not-an-attorney opinion. Beyond the purpose, there is other criteria that must be met. Copying from Wiki now regarding Fair Use:

1. the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
2. the nature of the copyrighted work;
3. the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
4. the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

I have nothing against this forum, I even link to this forum as source. I really believe that there must be a forum that supports just baclofen. Not the spiritual thinks aside. If that is your believe that is fantastic but I think this medicine has more to it. That's my freedom.

You calling the cops on me, that is doing the wrong thing because I didn't do anything wrong. What I do with my forum is gather information about baclofen and scientific articles about the neurologic effect. I also translate Dutch diaries, I think this is a good thing to do so people around the world can read stories and maybe can be pull over to stop this evil thing called addiction.

At first I have to excuse myself for my not high level English so don't blame me for that.

I did check the box. And of course things on this site have a copyright. But when I want to use information for educational use I'm able to citate it as long as I add a source.

Because I have an IT business I already checked that with my lawyer and some fellow students.

I also admit that I did some stupid things with the website that could lead to others thinking that it is a commercial website. I try to fix that by responding on questions or requests people make. I do am an IT person, so I know how to put a website up and know how to do good SEO to bring it high in the google results.

I do want to say who I am but I don't want to do it in public since I'm a 24 year old student from the Netherlands. If you have facebook or something just PM me and I'll chat with you over there to show you who I am.

Again I don't want to pull members from this site or something, im just giving information.
