But you wouldn't understand French, so you wouldn't have anyone to talk to.

I am interviewed by one of the main French radios on bac this evening. Was asked by the Admin of our forum. Of course I'll mention My Way out as well as Alcool & Baclof?ne. I was wondering if I could mention your site Anon and Otter's , but I have no clue about Otter's Website's name.
Florie..who will try to do her best tonight despiste the SE.

Of course, if you would do that that would be great!

Is it possible to record the interview?

      Thanks in advance,

If people would take their original knee-jerk reactions, stop and think about them, and then do research to see if their suspicions are confirmed, before they start aggressively posting their own doubts and suspicions, throwing out questions that have already been answered, including personal accusations and demands, it would really help reduce excess posts that distract from the content in serious threads that contain a lot of good and serious discussion and significant information exchange.

The irresponsible posting, with sudden accusations and questioning without pre-research, based entirely on personal suspicions and vendettas, that leads to counter posts, and responses takes up precious MWO time for many MWO members, who feel compelled to come in and defend themselves, and/or explain the background and right the errors of the poster’s non-thought out, doubt-mongering and personal accusations.

I used an hour on reading, trying to comprehend, and rereading these interchanges instigated by one member's personal, ungrounded doubts and suspicions. All of the suspicions had been answered in previous posts; if the poster had bothered to read them, maybe the poster would not have to waste so much of our time.

If you feel I’m being obtuse, it’s because I don’t want to get into targeting one person. by name, and besides which, there have been similar posters in the past.

Florie, maybe send Otter a PM so he gets email notification that you are chasing him.

Florie, yes, PM Otter. He's always responsive. Here's his website: Home - Baclofen UK

              Thanks for all your doing.

Thank you, Beatle. I shall try to keep my doubt-mongering down to a minimum and try to avoid being a poster from the past. But, this thread had turned fun and I thank you for the alt g, even though it didn't work.

Your doubt mongering, personal accosts, accusations, demands for information already discussed, ungrounded suspicions, spreading misinformation was fun? Perhaps I lack the sense of humor to understand it was all in jest.

I reread everything and I will not copy anything on this site. If somebody wants to contribute feel free. I'm sorry for my strange thoughts about just copying it.

I can't follow the rest of it.
I'll email Otter and give him a heads up that someone is looking for him. But he's a really, really, really nice guy, so don't be mean to him.

No strange thoughts at all. Smart thoughts, but maybe rash. However, you did air your idea and conditioned it with permission. You did not say you would do it.

What I wrote about copyright supports your proposition.

I think I'm there today! I bumped by 20 and I'm going to try 20 more, so a bump of 40 today. I'm having a really lovely day - it's a little like being very lightly stoned. Does this mean that I'm close to my switch?

True but I think it's smarter to let people post their own story. I don't think I should kick knees by not having permission. People will value it or they wont, and if they value the website they add something to it. If it's not meant to be, so be it.

Please don't dismiss my very serious and valid reaction, and carefully thought out, laboriously written post by brushing it off as grinding an axe. It had nothing to do with that.

I responded specifically to a specific series of posts that I found hostile, ungrounded, misinformative, distracting and detracting to the thread. Before those posts came in, the thread was moving at a fast pace, with extremely interesting exchanges of information. Until it was hijacked by casting doubts on the person, and demanding answers to questions already answered, from the person who started the thread to talk about a new bacofen forum.

It belittles my post and the thoughts behind it to imply it is based on bygone issues.

ftr, I welcomed Tracy back and have responded positively to her on her thread. I even told another member privately that I thought we should re-welcome her with open arms and not think about the past.
