Yay! :yougo: I love zolpidem (have I said that before?)
I know you build a tolerance quickly (like I do) so I go with my advice to take it a couple nights, then off a couple. That way you can get some good sleep nights in, and try other methods in between, whilst not building tolerance. I know I can go 2 nights without sleep if I get one good one.
And obviously, more natural methods are far preferable, but you need to get your body jump-started right now. It doesn't have energy for the long haul approach yet.
