DUMB ASS here. I also cut my xanax out out 2 days ago. I was only taking .5mg but I think that was part of my problem.

I saw that you were thinking about changing your dosing schedule? I was too, but like you, I'm taking a hell of a lot of this stuff and it seems to be working, despite my attempts to undermine it!

The SEs definitely diminish with time, and are now mostly annoying, not debilitating. Drinking on bac suuuuucks, which I have to prove to myself occasionally, it seems.

Hope you're doing well today and are able to stay the course!
